He sent the customer an email back saying that he would put them in touch with me. He got the customers personal information and the vehicles information.. sent me an email with everything that I needed and that this customer preferred to be contacted by email. Jeff made it so easy for me. I had the quote ready for the customer and a date ready to get them scheduled for their replacement. I contacted the customer and upon doing so, they wanted more than just 1. I was able to get them done exactly when they wanted and when it was convenient for them. Because of the timely manner that Jeff put all of that together and the accuracy with it.. the customer was extremely happy with the work and left a 5 star review.
